VA1M: Week 2: Mindmap/Brainstorming

Good evening!

Brainstorming actually means that when groups of people meet to generate new ideas around a specific area of interest. People are allowed to think freely and to move into new areas of thoughts. Creating numerous of new ideas and solutions. All of the ideas are to write down and no criticizing. After it is all done, the ideas will then be evaluated.

So in class, we did a brainstorming activity with our own group. In my group, we have Raj and Syafiq. The topic that we chose is 101 ways to Cross roads. We were too late to choose the one that we wanted so we ended up with Cross Roads. So, we had to come up with ideas that are pretty ridiculous. It doesn’t matter if they didn’t make any sense because that is what brainstorming is! By doing this, I’ve learnt that we shouldn’t be afraid of what people think. Just do it! Well, it wasn't too bad. Even though at first we were struggling to think of any ideas. Slowly, ideas just kept coming and coming and we managed to brainstorm quite a lot. The answers we came up were funny, weird and quite interesting!
